Out of place lines in movies

A line in a movie that just doesn’t fit or make sense in the moment. The one for me is in the original Cars, I’ve seen the movie 1000 times thanks to my kids. McQueens whole dream sequence is kind of weird, but especially the very end when it zooms in on a blue Chick Hicks in a penthouse and he says “Hey McQueen, eat your heart out”
It’s just a weird line in a kids movie and every time I see it (which is a lot) the line bothers me

In the opening plane scene from The Dark Knight Rises:
Littlefinger: “You’re a big guy.”
Bane: “For you.”
That has always left me scratching my head.

Keeping with the Batman theme, this line from Zoe Kravitz was so out of place... I remember doing a double take when I first heard it
"All anyone cares about in this place are these white privileged assholes: the mayor, the commissioner, the DA, now Thomas and Bruce Wayne. I mean, as far as I'm concerned, that psycho is right to go after these creeps."

The Bun Hur cut away scenes during the main scene between Pachino (D'Amato) and Fox (Beamen) and D'Amato's house.

This is a bad example unless I am missing something. How is that a weird quote or out of place.

Because. It didn't fit with the rest of how the movie's dialogue was structured.
It was weird. No one just walks around saying shite like that lol

Littlefinger: “You’re a big guy.”
Bane: “For you.”
“You’re a big guy” is an interruption.
It makes sense when you realize that, but yeah it sounds awkward.

The super forced "and then they'll fear you" from Connie in GF part 3. Obviously it's not a great movie anyways but this line is so forced and out of place and out of character for her. Just makes me cringe.

"Brachiosaura 30"
More clunky than out of place, this bothered me since the first time I heard it. In the moment, why would Dr. Grant be fretting over the exact length of the Brachiosaur's neck? 25', 27', 30' ... OK, I get that maybe academically, that'd be some part of a discussion, later on. But not then. Overall height, that'd make more sense.
And also, 'Brachiosaura' isn't a thing. It's a Brachiosaur, of the Brachiosaurus genus.
Brachiosaurus is the namesake genus of the family Brachiosauridae, which includes a handful of other similar sauropods

His mind is reeling and going a million miles per hour in a million different directions. Grant dedicated his entire life to field research and in search of answers to questions he knew could never truly be answered. Do they travel in herds, are they warm blooded, do they live in swamps? Suddenly he's seeing the possibility of every unanswerable question he's ever asked himself in his life being answered and he's overwhelmed about what to care about first.

In one of the Has Fallen movies, Butler and the president have successfully evaded the guys chasing them down and Butlers character randomly says - I’m thirsty - and this is not followed up by anything like grabbing a bottle of water or to start a line of dialogue to build on that statement

Not so much out of place or context, but Mel Brooks line in "Blazing Saddles" concerning the running gag about the name "Hedley Lamaar" and the actress Hedy Lamaar was threatening to sue to have it changed.
Brooks, as Gov. Lepetomane says "What the hell are you worried about? This is 1874. You'll be able to sue her".

there was a movie years ago with Brandon Lee and Dolph Lundgren. Don't remember the name.
Lee sees Lundgren get out of a hot tub. Later he tells him "you've got the biggest dick i've ever seen on a man".
no idea why that was even written in the script.

This movie is full of the worst acting but this is one of the worst and just stand out. Dude is complaining, then, in a blink, just completely changes his mood.
