He will use portal and nil heavily I bet. The guy knows how to manage a roster better than 95% of current college coaches I bet. College Football is basically NFL Lite at this point and only going to trend more that way.

His personality is what might hurt him with college kids though. He's certainly not the most personable guy. Should be an interesting 2 or 3 year experiment. I'm guessing they agreed to let his son take over?

I really don’t see this working. Those last few years in NE were rough once Brady left. 3 losing seasons and 1 wild card appearance.
That’s not to mention the differences in the college and NFL game. Can’t wait to see what happens when his 19 year old safety can’t learn his coverages and he can only practice with him 20 hours a week

College football coaching is a young man’s game. 24-hour roster management along with the shite show that is recruiting is not something Bill will want to do for long

managing a cfb roster is probably 10x harder than NFL lol.
