Apparently, there are 6 of these (probably more) underground 'cities' in the USA. Why?

Some of them might be nuclear waste sites. I know there was a big underground (under a mountain) waste site in Nevada that they spent billions on and then Congress killed it last minute because Harry Reid bitched.
(Or did they kill it? Maybe the killing of the project was a ruse and it's really being used for classified projects).

Sure. Carved out of a mountain with 30 ft ceilings. And taking in a fleet of big rigs on a constant basis. What for? What's behind those doors? What are they bringing in?
Just one of those would be a massive undertaking. And that didn't look like any military site.

Just a huge food storage cave

It is a storage facility for consumer goods.

My uncle works there. It’s an old mine that’s been partial converted into a data facility because it’s basically bomb proof and the climate control for the severs is cheaper.

What else is there? What type of mine was it? Servers? Why does a server facility need so much semi-trailer traffic?

What once started out as Louisville Crushed Stone and one of the best kept secrets in the city of Louisville, Kentucky has now been revealed to the public. It was created by a massive limestone quarry—with miners blasting out a mind-boggling amount of rock for over 42 years during the middle of the 20th century. It was acquired in 1989 by private investors who saw the potential to develop a portion of the cavern into an environmentally-conscious high security commercial storage facility.

That's where they store the government cheese, right? My grandma got several blocks back when Reagan was in office. I guess they're properly aged now, huh?

Go ahead and give us your conspiracy theory of how this is all part of some deep state CIA plan.

You must have me confused with someone else.
I posted a thing from X and simply am asking questions. When did people get so damn skittish over such things?

I’ve been in that particular one. It’s an old underground quarry repurposed mostly for warehousing.
No big conspiracy with that one.
