So, the Texas Dell Longhorns, or the Texas Longhorn Dells?

Can’t wait for this:

Raisin Canes Fighting Tigers of Louisiana State University versus the Dell Longhorns of the University of Texas live from Austin.

Up next on the Dr.Pepper game of the week.

51% of Big Ten and SEC programs are worth a lot more than $500 to $750 million. Most are multi-billion dollar brands like NFL teams

Now what was laughable was when Howard U valued their basketball program at like $100 million

Nobody "owns" Texas A&M football other than Texas A&M. This dickhead is talking about private equity pukes having majority control of your favorite school's team. If those leeches gain control the sport will be driven into the dirt w/quickness.

“But we just want kids to get money for autographs.”

Screw the simps that pushed so hard and never considered the mountain of unintended consequences that were obvious to everyone else.

Private equity ruining something? I don’t believe it. Give me like 100 examples.

Or.... you could blame the NCAA and by extension the schools who were demanding they drag their feet on making any kind of rules or safeguards and just trying to pray away that players were going to eventually be able to market themselves.

No shite. Where is the ‘we just want them to get paid for autographs and jersey sales’ brigade these days?

There’s one.

After everything that has happened so far, and with more to come on the horizon, you still don’t understand there was no stopping or controlling this once the door was opened.

Blame the ncaa who wanted to keep every red cent of the billions of revenue the players are generating. Is this bullshite? Of course. But it could have been avoided if the ncaa wasn’t completely negligent…. Again
