I am now down to 225-230 and fluctuate between there. This is no medicine, no surgery. My problem is now the extra skin. In the gym 6 days a week, restrictive diet still. I feel like I can still get down more but wouldn’t be able to without skin removal. Just my gut area. Everywhere else, I see muscle build up. Has anyone successfully went around surgery or is that the only path there is.

Do a consult. Usually free right? I’m not sure.

Same here.

I get these videos all the time on my Facebook feed and wonder what folks do with all the extra skin. I just assumed it was plastic surgery of some sort.

Man it’s really created a whole new complex. Love the work I put in but I’d like to be able enjoy it more. Didn’t know if it was possible to get rid of it naturally and if anyone else had done it. Thank yall.

Pounds?

Motherfricker, that is a serious amount of weight you lost. I am so delighted to see that you took your health seriously. Keep up the good work. I hope you reach your goals.

Today we are re-airing an episode with actor and comedian, Will Sasso, one of Ethan's favorite guests. Ethan and Will dive into many topics including something Ethan is asked about so often, loose skin after weight loss.

Ethan Suplee’s podcast, he was the fat guy from Remember the Titans and Blow that lost weight and got jacked. Good info on skin removal surgeries

It depends on how much extra skin you have. Radio-frequency skin tightening might help if you don't have too much loose skin

That's awesome.

Sounds like you're trying to do this all natural which is great, but unfortunately when it gets to this point surgery is really the primary and best option.

If you have strong reasons for not wanting the surgery (finance, risk aversion, etc) I can understand that - but if you are just really wanting to make this process completely natural, I'd recommend just getting the surgery. You've done the hard part, there is no shame in having the surgery to clean up the leftovers. Let yourself enjoy the work you've done.
