Well that’ll be shot down immediately

Even though it won’t survive this is still a reminder that Vermont is not a good place to live if you value freedom

Whoever approved that would get their arse beat. Almost came to blows at my kids school when I told them how stupid their Covid policy was at the height of this bs.

The medical establishment was dumb for calling the Covid 19 shot a vaccine. They damaged the reputation of legitimate vaccines.

The Vermont Supreme Court has ruled that schools can force-vaccinate children for Covid against the wishes of their parents.

No they didn’t. The SC ruled that the parents can’t sue for “accidentally” vaccinating the child.

More than likely not an accident, but the ruling isn’t what you posted, but you know that.

Read the article, or better yet, “do your research. You tards love headlines.

I’m not endorsing or inciting the following reprehensible antisocial behavior: I can see a situation where the citizenry might do certain untoward things to show “the judiciary” they remain accountable to the people even though they aren’t supposed to be a political branch. I’m not promoting widespread, national harassment at all. Awful that would be.

This would solve many problems, not just this one.
Drag them out onto the courthouse steps, and put a pill behind their ear.

Ok. Tell me more.

Oh, ok. So, they really did rule how the OP stated they did, after all.

They can perform a medical procedure on any or all children, call it an accident, and not be held accountable.

That’s what the OP said. He just left out the part about calling it an accident.
