Not sure we should play olave again this season, but I would like to get a look at miller down the stretch. Hopefully he (they) can stay healthy

Olave needs to make the smart move and sit for the season. Don’t think anyone would really blame him if he decided to call it a career

We keep saying that, but he's gonna keep playing until that 2nd contract.

I think Olave should take all of next year off, let alone coming back this year.

He can't retire bc he hasn't made that much $$ yet but he should let his brain heal for 20 months imo.

Plus if he really hates Carr as much as he seems to he'd probably have a new QB by 2026

This is why you aren’t a medical doctor. Neither am I, although I am a nurse practitioner who works for a neurologist and this isn’t how this works. Please refrain from giving ignorant comments when you are clueless to the subject. Thanks

He's not getting a big 2nd contract.

So specific for someone who has no idea what Olave's financial or medical situations are.

Honestly, I don’t think anyone knows what long term effects Olave will have. They could be minimal, but it would not surprise anyone if they are serious.

Being a male nurse, I wouldn’t be criticizing anyone.

I guess I was mistaken when I thought the if a players got 3 concussions in a season the league would make the m sit for the rest of the season.

Olave os still in the concussion protocol iirc which means its not up to him or the Saints on his return. I do believe he was cleared for limited practice this week or late last week though. fwiw I think even if he's cleared to play he and
the team will be extremely cautious with his return if he returns at all.

Millers window to return from IR opened this week, so he has 21 days to be activated or go in season ending IR. fwiw I think he plays this Sunday and is eased into a regular usage over the next few weeks.

A simple google search will tell you the recommended healing protocol for a severe concussion (let alone two or three in a short period of time).

Time is your friend, especially if you're as young as Olave is. He needs to let his brain heal. The Saints aren't going anywhere next year anyway.

I don't really care to see him back tbh. Always hurt and plays soft. I can't recall him ever breaking a tackle.

Shaheed/MVS are good #2/3. Need to find a true #1 in the draft.

I don't think it's fair to Carr, but I agree.

Carr doesn't throw more "hospital balls". than Baker or Richardson or Tua or even Peyton Manning did. Manning threw a TON.

The only QBs that I think are good at avoiding hospital balls are / were Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers
