It's not terrible, for a spinoff. The Mummy movies (1 and 2) are much better.
SK does have the much hotter girl, though.

It introduced us to Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) as an actor.
I like The Rock, but I think Batista is the better actor between the two.

I’ll be straight up. There’s a scene in there where the editor missed some nudity that a young 3nout watched a few times.
I enjoy this movie but my main complaint is the scenario where the antagonist would not have beat the protagonist in any scenario (see Commando.)

Fun movie. Maybe it's nostalgia driven, but I rewatch on occasion.

Loved mummy 1 and 2 was ok. Scorpion king was horrible overall but the CGI was laughably bad. Also gave the rock his start which is maybe the worst thing about this movie

Are you sure you aren't getting things mixed up? It's been a while but I remember the Mummy 2 having the bad cgi and giving the Rock his first role. Did the Scorpion King have a lot of cgi? I remember it being a pretty straightforward action adventure without the transformations of the Mummy 2.

I don't know which movie it was but I was disappointed at the one where John Coffey let himself go. Then he died not too long after. Big dudes have to watch that, like how big dogs don't live as long either.
