Exclusive: A Two-Story Trump Statue Drawing on His Iconic Defiance Post-Assassination Attempt Is Under Construction -Brietbart

quote:

President-elect Donald Trump is being honored with a larger-than-life two-story tall bronze statue, which is being shaped to capture his iconic defiance in the wake of the assassination attempt on his life in Butler, Pennsylvania, last July.

After the unveiling, the statue will embark on a year-long cross-country tour on the back of an 18-wheeler with a crane, Stockton said.

Once the tour is completed, those involved with the project hope the statue can be displayed in Butler before ultimately being placed forever at the eventual Trump Presidential Library.

That will be awesome:

Looks like a private venture so I’ll allow it.

I wouldn't look at it as symbol of praise of a godlike person but more of an image of a hero that half of America thinks he is.

This should be the Trump Memorial complete with the flag above him and make it similar to the Iwo Jima statue:

Lee doesn't need to be replaced. They should replace the George Floyd statue with it.

Should be a hell of a lot bigger IMO given the weight that event had on the country. We came close to full blown societal breakdown there when a bullet grazed him instead of killing him. Love him or hate him - it's scary to think about what would have happened had he been shot. Trust in American institutions would have been lost for a generation. It's easy to see that this country's future was grazed by that bullet and came very close to being lost.

Also.....the model they are using is a little thin, no?

Won't be surprised if his supporters lobby for a memorial in DC somewhere after he does pass away...hopefully a long time from now from natural causes.

We, and I include myself, often encourage ourselves that if a particular man or party gains control, that things will get better. And we ignore the greater picture, that God places all in authority to accomplish his will.
Sometimes that will is to bring blessings and magnify God. Other times, it’s to bring wrath and judgment.

For those who downvoted my” graven images” post. Take a look at the statues, friezes and artwork in Washington DC, and notice how much of it is pagan. It’s almost exclusively pagan. This is simply fact.

Such as?

Human civilization has made statues of notable people since it has existed.

Odd take.
