Creator: John Lasseter, the creator of Toy Story, is a producer on Spellbound.
Director: Vicky Jenson, the co-director of Shrek, directed Spellbound.
Composer: Alan Menken, who composed the score for The Little Mermaid and Aladdin, composed the original score for Spellbound.
looks like it might be better than the average slop to pop on with the youngsters.

Rachel Zegler?
No thanks. Don’t want my daughter telling me she’s a boy

Rachel Zegler

Her career is basically over. She might get bit parts here and there and do theater, but she was on a trajectory to be the lead in tentpole movies but completely fricked it up with her idiotic comments. She might have gotten away with her original Snow White interview, but she's continued to say stupid shite and will likely pay the consequences of that.

Am I supposed to know who Rachel Zegler is?

I always love the score.
Addenda: I thought you were talking about the Hitchcock film.
So it’s another Disney ( whatever the studios name) indoctrination attempt.

The wife and I turned it on tonight at dinner. Didn't make it past the first song, watched Tulsa King instead.

Stallone as an old-school New York gangster fresh out of the joint is pretty entertaining.

Zegler has publicly supported Palestine in the Israeli–Palestinian conflict since 2021. In a January 2024 Instagram story, she urged people to pressure government leaders to support a ceasefire in Gaza during the Israel–Hamas war. That August, she tweeted, "and always remember, free palestine."
In November 2024, Zegler criticized Donald Trump and his supporters, claiming there is a "deep, deep sickness" in the United States and accusing Trump of "threaten[ing] our democracy." She also wrote, "May Trump supporters and Trump voters and Trump himself never know peace." She later apologized for "contributing to the negative discourse."

Little Mermaid and Aladdin... and
Beauty and the Beast
Pocahontas
Hunchback of Notre Dame
Hercules
Composed a majority of the heavy weight Disney film from the 90's; besides Lion King and Tarzan. Also did Tangled and Enchanted.
Reviews say the story is a mess but the score is solid.

My kids put it on last night.
The story is shite.
My 10 year old literally said he'd rather watch paint dry than watch it.
