I know most on the board are already familiar with him, but if you don't know about Cao you should do a little research on the guy and prepare to be impressed. Patriot of the highest order, to say the very least.

I served with Hung. He is a genuine patriot, warrior, and one of the best people you could ever meet. Hope this turns out to be true. He is exactly the kind of leader we need in our Defense Department.
