In case anyone was needing any new hunting clothes or Christmas gifts I just ran across a sale on Drake's whitetail line. I got the midweight pants and jacket for $106 shipped but there is other stuff that's also 40-50% off. Drake Non-Typical

I have two Drake NT jackets with broken zippers. They'd have to give me another one.

I've never really wore any particular brand it's usually just what's a decent price, comfortable and functional but I've been needing some mid weight stuff for those days that aren't exactly cold but cool enough to need a little more and I still wanted to be able to move pretty freely since I bow hunt through rifle season at times.

Probably around 10yrs ago I found some Drake low top, below the ankle rubber boots that were the most comfortable shoes I owned. I could step right into the shoe no problem. They finally started falling apart last yr. I’d pay good money to find them again but I don’t think they make them anymore.

I bought several pieces of drake back in the mid 2000s that were absolute tanks. Great durability, warmth and water protection. I used them hard for about 15 years until my puppy found it and couldn't resist adding several new openings.
Bought some on sale 2 years ago to give it a shot and was highly disappointed. I've gotten less than 30 wears total out of the last 2 pairs of waders before a massive design flaw caused a major leak, same place both times. Just not impressed

just picked up a waterproof jacket and pants. Lets see how it goes.
