Honest question? If your answer is get rid of BK then hire who?

Fire Fatward too, responsible for the two worst contracts in NCAA football history.

Pay better players to come here.

No matter the coach, you got to have the horses first. Even that buffoon Orgeron won a title here but he had Burrow and Co. When those players left he became a .500 coach.

Kelly is not going to win a NC unless it’s at a school in a smaller division.
I don’t have anyone in mind but let’s see….
1) Someone who has team unprepared.
2) Someone who can recruit 5 star athletes
3) and many others.

A younger, more innovative HC and Staff that are 5 star recruiters

Do whatever you can to maintain the 2025 class and sign Jahkeem Stewart. It’s clear last night we need a major talent infusion esp on the defense side of the ball. We don’t the dudes we need on defense. No shutdown corner( like zy but he’s matchup dependent he can’t run with wr rooms like bama ) , no elite sideline to sideline lb, a game breaking nose tackle, or the safety play.
Need young guys like mckinnley, breax to develop on the trenches, really need Charles Ross to be ready to play day 1 he’s the exact type of sideline to sideline lb we’ve been missing on paper he’s a perfect fit next to weeks, need Pickett/phillips to be a day 1 impacts at corner their the type of athletes we haven’t had at the position since Derek Stingley, need spears to seize a safety spot next year he’s loaded with talent.
Offensively, need one of the young guys to emerge as a stud in the wr room. Right now I think billiot has the best chance of being that dominant X wr

To win a championship it helps to have great players and the quarterback position is a must. Next have a great offense and defensive line

When has LSU ever been a consistent title contender? Maybe popping every few years is what LSU is.

Fire Kelly and fire cheese fry Woody.
What has Woody done as an AD?
Hire Jimbo with a record buyout.
Hire Kelly with a large buyout.
So we are successful in non football sports. Football pays the bills.

Sign better players and coach them better.
But for whatever reason, BKs teams are very soft and don’t seem to want to get in a dog fight.

Be willing to adapt when facing adversity.
BK hasn’t shown me that he can zag when things are ziggin.

All those contracts should have a base pay of $1,000,000 per year with incentives that amount to $10,000,000 a year if you win the national championship, with reasonable incentives for each step in between. These guarantees are absolutely ridiculous.

We’ve been in 16.7% of the national championship games since 2000 and won 3 of them. And most of that’s in the Saban era. What would you consider an appropriate number?

Step 1 Fire CBK
Step 3 championship
