So when will Tiger fans start jumping on the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns bandwagon? Run the table and make the CFP in its first year of having 12 teams.

Just need a little help with an Army and Boise loss in their respective conference title game and we are in.

It will bring great pride and recognition to the state, it will be awesome when it happens.

No, you need a little help with a Tulane loss and an army loss in the championship game and Colorado State running the table and winning the MWC.

As a Cajuns fan and as a realist about the direction of college football, I would love for UL to be the team that goes down in history as the glaring example of why the G5 shouldn't be included in the playoff

Yeah because title games or playoff games are always competitive right?

TCU loses to UGA 65-7
Ohio St beat Oregon 42-20
Clemson beat Bama 44-16
Bama beat Ohio St 52-24

All title games, all blowouts.

LSU still has a better chance of getting into the playoffs than the Cajuns.

Geaux Cajuns!

This thread is about the d1 University with the best record in the state. About to be ranked in the top 25 for the third time in 5 seasons. Most state’s would get behind the “smaller non flagship” schools, but not this state. It’s definitely good for the state, but if you haven’t noticed progress is a mountain best not climbed in Louisiana.

Yet lost at home to a team in state that plays better competition than USL.

Tulane is damn good as well, game could have gone either way. There’s a Tulane thread too.
