If the Gumps win, we lose our last shot at an SEC and National Title and will get the privilege of playing the 9th best B1G team in a toilet bowl no matter how the rest of the season shakes out

We need some help from aggy to get there but we aren't done yet unless we take another L

2022 would be the most random blip on the radar of all time. From a WR at QB in a bowl game to playing to playing for a SEC title just a year later, I never thought we’d be missing a 12 team playoff 2 years later.

If they win, life goes on. We still would have every opportunity to go 9-3, which is solid. People are screaming playoff or bust, but let's keep in mind- we went 9-3 the past 2 regular seasons, and we had to replace the Heisman QB, 2 first round WRs, and the entire defensive coaching staff. Most programs would expect a drop off after losing that much talent, and you usually figure a new scheme takes a year or so to really make an impact.

If we stay consistently good (9+ win seasons), things will come. You need a few things to converge; good coaching schemes, good talent, some experience, and yeah some luck.

And I'm not conceding the Bama game. I don't think they're necessarily any better than either Ole Miss (who we beat), or A&M (who we really put a lot of stress on, before things blew up in our faces). And it's going to be here in Tiger Stadium, in what might be the most hostile environment Deboer has stepped into. Milroe's mobility isn't going to be taking anyone scheming this game by surprise, and we saw in the A&M game that Baker can really elevate his defense when he prepares them for a specific style
I think the defense is going to come out wanting to prove a point this game.

And next year we lose the entire O line, most of the D line, most of the LBs, and probably the Qb. You’re 8-4 at best in 2025.

It’s because we once again we couldn’t control a mobile QB.

If the Gumps win: The President of my company is going to make me wear a Bama Shirt to the Thursday Operations meeting. I will not be a happy camper.

or stop the predictable running of Milroe

Alabama doesn't look great, but still stocked with more talent than we have on paper

they commit a lot of penalties

#13 on defense makes a lot of big plays

we should be able to move the ball on them... it will come down to turnovers and defensive stops

They have senior QB, so they probably have the upper hand

my take is, LSU must beat Alabama when we host them in TS... we must prevail in TS

just has to happen, so sick of losing tight games to the Tide

lasty year they took out Daniels on a late hit

well, I don't appreciate that at all

some Karma is well overdue
