If Trump somehow manages to win places like NM, MN or WI, this is a Reaganesque landslide.

Has New Mexico not been republican? I'm only asking because I was just there for work and Trump signs were all over the place.

Looks to be the best EV total for a GOP candidate since at least Bush 41 in 1988.

Albuquerque is about 25% of the NM population and it is a Democrat run shite hole.

Santa Fe is also a popular retirement destination for many west coast elitist types.

I've never understood how Arizona has been typically republican but New Mexico has not. Never really made sense to me.

Nope. Albuquerque and Santa Fe are liberal. The rest of the state is like most others - conservative outside of the metros.

It is basically just urban centers or poor welfare dependent indians.

Trump needs to start hammering the point that if the US economy fails, the US may not be able to pay for welfare benefits.

I admire him for going, but there is no chance. It is a looney state. He went in late October 2016 as well, and lost to Hillary 48-40 (Gary Johnson almost got 10%).

If all of these blue states are close then Trump really needs to do a rally in Omaha. That district is important and if Trump is doing well in New Mexico he’s certainly doing well in a district he won in 2016.

I live in NM. Albuquerque is as big of a shithole as I’ve ever been to. It is ridiculously infested with cartels and illegals.

Trump will not be within six points in NM. If he is, he wins the election with the 2016 map.

If he wins NM, then he would be somewhere around the Obama-McCain map with 365 EVs. Reagan won 525 EVs in 1984 and 489 in 1980. Those numbers will never be duplicated in American history.

That’s why Trump is going to NM instead of MI this week right before the election. Tells me all I need to know that it’s in play

That’d be a shocker what a blowout it’d be. How obvious would the rig be if he won states like NM and VA but lost a state like GA or NC

Why? He lost it by 10,000 votes in 2020
