How much worse of a problem is crime in Baton Rouge, and Louisiana in general, relative to the rest of the country? Are folks overhyping it, or is it really that bad? Honest Q

The stats are pretty easy to look up. BR is having a very bad year with violent crime.

Baw, 20 years ain't enough to reverse the white man's genocidal reign. Four more years!

Either the worst or the best year depending on your prospective.

The thing with the crime in BR is it’s pretty much all localized to the ghetto. Random folks in good parts of town aren’t getting killed.

It's like that in most metropolitan areas, no?

Are you a black male? Pretty damned bad.

Are you a white male? Pretty damned good.

The reality is that even those who are bettering themselves surround themsepves with people who aren't.

All of the shootings at southern's homecoming are the clearest indication.

He said there’s cops on government street

This is like asking why are there cops in Compton. Mid city is one of the scariest neighborhoods in the city

Acadian and Government is like a quarter of a mile from the three largest high schools in BR. Not exactly a great place for crime.

The problem I had there was not that crime was increasing, but it was spreading.

There used to be fairly safe areas, now those safe places are being encroached on by growing ghettos.
