In both of his press conferences since the LSU loss, the guy has gushed about Tiger Stadium and how difficult it is to win in that environment.
I’ll take him when Kelly hangs it up in 5 years.

the sample size of him as a head coach I think is certainly large enough to judge him by...and to me it is telling. As I've posted many times here, I do not understand the shine.
I mean Ole Miss went absolutely all in this year, No. 1 Transfer portal haul, and arguably the best talent relative to their peers that Ole Miss has had since the early 60's. And he's one loss away from being out of and real relevance and the season's only half over with some pretty good teams still left to play.

Why are there still so many losers out there who want to hire this bum as their head coach? I will never fricking understand this.
He has never accomplished jack shite as a head coach. His record is awful as a head coach at major college football programs and the NFL (especially against good competition).

He’s had this reputation as a master coach even before Ole Miss and his record before that was horrible. He has done nothing to earn his status as some legendary mastermind. Nothing.

I think Lane Kiffin has done an extremely solid job at Ole Miss, and has successfully attracted Top 5-6 talent at a school where no one thought that was possible. His perspective on LSU and Tiger Stadium indicated to me that he holds LSU and the football program in high regard.
I do think he has a bit of a “front-runner” mentality but he has done an excellent job at Ole Miss in my opinion.
Now you can carry on the name calling.

Let me know if im off, but I don't see how Ole Miss isn't going to be towards the bottom of the conference next season. Lane or not. They mortgaged their future on this year's team.
