Kawhi Leonard out indefinitely for the Clippers. Could they look at BI now?

Leonard’s career is clearly near its end. Do the Clippers even have anything worth trading for? Maybe Zubac?

Still need a third team. Which could in theory work out better for us.

Clippers have a streak of 13 straight winning seasons.

That is kind of wild to me.

So all those Clipper fans that are paying those outrageous prices to watch them at the brand new arena won't be able to see him play?

I personally don't think the Clippers would move on from PG13 only to trade assets for BI and pay him similar.

I'm 90% sure whenever a trade is made it will be with the Nets or involve the Nets.

I'm 95% sure that it will be after December 15th

BI is much younger though. He would be less injury prone than most of their starters (surprisingly) and stop them from being a bottom feeder when they don’t even have their pick.

Ingram doesn’t help teams win. His counting stats are nice but he is not an efficient scorer and is a minus on defense. There’s a reason no one wants him. He’s like a little worse version of demar derozan.

The clippers don’t have any assets.

They might give the damn Thunder the #1 pick this year

This is a bit too far. He of course contributes to winning. He will increase their win total. His contract is just not worth it for us. Clippers have unlimited money and want to be winners. I’m not saying they do that but it’s possible.

its been that way, legit, for 5 years now.... out of all the "often injured" players out there, he's in a class all to himself... for now

Gotta hit him with a better come back than that guys. Harden has been in the playoffs every season in his career.

We need to stop celebrating regular season warriors who don’t do shite in the playoffs, like Jim Harden. Different sport but Lamar Jackson. Multiple time MVP, loses in the playoffs every year. Who cares, you know you can’t count on them when it actually matters.

That is such a joke of a post. There a lot of great players in the history of the game who have never won a championship and that should never diminish their accomplishments just because they don't have a ring. You don't like Harden and that's fine but don't belittle what he's been able to accomplish in his career with the credentials of a hall of hamer.

Then call them like they are: regular season warriors. When it comes to actually winning hardware, putting your team’s name in the record books, being great in the regular season doesn’t count. Lots of players can simultaneously be great in the regular season, only a few can be great in the playoffs when it comes to winning a title. Jim harden is certainly not one of them. Bouncing around from team to team doesn’t make it look any better for him either.

That is extremely shortsighted. Guys like Nash, Barkley, Malone, Stockton, Ewing, Baylor, Iverson, Wilkins, Miller, and a ton of other really great players in the history of the game that has never sniffed a ring are extremely highly regarded and will continue to be. To say they are nothing more than regular season warriors is complete disrespect to the game.
