Saw this yesterday. It looks fake as hell but if it real then I hope they’re arrested since it’s all caught on camera.

Straight to hell. Animals like this make it hard for people who legitimately are hurt and need the civil justice system.

A couple of questions I need cleared up

1. Why switch drivers?
2. Why did the driver get in a Red Kia that had been following the victim's car?
3. What was going to be the purpose of the Red Kia? Be a "witness"?

I'd imagine the impact marks would show which vehicle was in motion, correct?

Speculation I saw elsewhere is that the red Kia was going to play “witness.” Wasn’t it disgusting how they all got out rubbing the their necks and in “shock”? They need to be arrested and a court records search to see how often they’ve done this and who their scummy atty is.

I found out recently that insurance investigators can find out exactly what happened from the car’s data recorder. They plug in under the dash where a code reader goes. They can tell what direction car was going, what gear, if brake or accelerator is pushed, which way steering wheel was turned, etc etc…

Question: If you're in the car behind, is it better to be right on their bumper or farther back at the light? I'm starting to rethink my defense and say get up close to the next car.

I wonder how far back this sort of tech goes?

If she's driving a 2010 can it give out that sort of info?

Pretty much the exact same scenario happened to me about a year ago. Dude was purposefully trying to cause an accident on i59. He dove in front me on the interstate and locked his brakes up to cause a wreck.

I had just bought a brand new car with 500mi on the odometer.

That $100 dash cam wound up saving me untold amounts of $. The camera footage put him solely at fault. Plus, I was able go get $5k diminished value.

To anyone that does not have one. Please, spend the $100 to save yourself from these jackasses on the road.
