Hemp with .3% THC is Being Sold at Vape Shops and Gas Stations

When Donald Trump passed the hemp bill in 2018, it allowed .3% THC to be included in CBD products. This is what has caused vape shops to appear everywhere in the state. Most people don't seem to know that this .3% THC can get you stoned and also show up on a drug test. This small amount will only get a light user high. Since this has become legal, when are they going to take it off of the drug test? It doesn't seem practical to fire somebody from their job for a positive drug test, for having a substance in their system that has been legalized. Visit the link below to learn more:

I’m pretty sure companies can fire people for ingesting legal products.
I’m not saying whether this is good or bad; I’m just saying they can.

They can fire you for alcohol consumption as well. It’s not much different outside of the half-life that’s in your system, which is much longer for THC

You would have to ingest a ton for it to show up in a test. I know people who have eaten real edibles and haven’t been popped on tests.

Right, and because of the pharmacokinetics, it is impossible to tell if someone ingested it 3 hours or three days ago. So it will never be acceptable for people in those fields.

Yep Y.A., these MJ lovers ( and I don't care if you do it) don't realize that companies are on the hook for liability in the event of accidents. If you work at a grocery store or sell cars it's not a problem, but if you are in an insured profession that has standards and safety protocols all of this is a serious issue for the company. If you want to do it just don't work in a field that requires you being clean. And, please don't do this shite in front of other people because you smell like a skunk (just eat the gummies I guess?)

Never. That's the whole purpose of the screen... To catch people who are using in a work environment where they shouldn't. So take neurosurgeons for example.... Do you want him using thc before he operates on your brain? Some professions have to be sober or people can be seriously injured or killed.
The trick to understanding the low concentration stuff is within the interpretation of the results. Low concentration thc will have a very low numerical level of thc in the urine
. But don't show up with a 150 and say that you have been doing the "legal" variety because that is complete bullshite to anyone who knows anything about drug screening.
