I see on the news that it’s due to wage increases, services and other costs are going up to current levels. Did you baws see an increase in wages post Covid that was much larger than before?

Not counting 3-5% increases, I mean like 15%+ a year

frick no. The only people who may have seen that kind of jump changed jobs back when it was a worker's market. The media is full of shite.

No if you are staying in a job you likely won’t see that drastic of an increase. What is happening that I’ve seen is that we are hiring at higher salaries when people job hop in order to stay competitive.

If inflation stopped right now this second, it would take 10 years or more of wage increases to match the damage done by Biden and Harris.

But inflation has not stopped. Prices are still going up because the Fed and government didnt do what needed to be done so the pain will last until Trump wins and actually fixes the problem.

Hell no, otherwise you wouldn't see most Americans bitching about the economy/cost of living.

We started receiving a profit bonus. If the company meets certain quota I have seen as much as 30% bonus a month. Now comes the balance of too many rigs for that extra pay

I work commission as a sales rep for CAT and our commissions have steadily gone down to offset the increase in price. Many companies like mine are paying their people less so they have to pass on lower price increases to the customer. Screwed economy we are in

My wife got a 25% raise a couple months back but she hasn't had a raise since she got hired in 07. She was hired about 25% over market value at the time though.

I got a 23% raise at the start of this year but I hadn't had a raise in 5 years myself.
