Overseas Ballots: Dem Frickery?

This article asserts that overseas ballots won Georgia and Arizona for Biden. I can't find any verification. Anyone know how to find the numbers?
The article contrasts an organized effort by Democrats to turn out the overseas vote versus a non-existent effort by Republicans. Seems to be a problem.
"We know that in 2020, the overseas votes delivered the election win for President Biden in Georgia and in Arizona, and without that, the election would not have potentially gone the way it did. So we were the margin of victory," Kristin Wolfe [chair of the Democrats Abroad U.K.] told CBS News at the group's voting center in London on Super Tuesday."
CBS News story:

So...the questions are:
What were the actual numbers of overseas and military votes for Biden v Trump in each of the 2020 swing states?
Are those numbers difficult to find because they are suspicious (more than 75% for Biden)?

This has been floating around.
Reports say that you can get one without an ID.

There really should be rules in place for overseas ballots like, the owner has to have visited the United states within the year of the election and lived in the US for extended period of at least 1 year within 5 years of the election.
This fraudulent crap has to stop.

I'd like to know where these people are to request "overseas" ballots. Are they Military, stationed in an embassy, working offshore, or what kind of citizen they are. If they are overseas I need more information as to who, why, and where.

Apparently, any person with American citizenship living abroad can vote in the state where they last lived. Proof of "last residency" varies from state to state.

I will never understand why you should be able to vote if you choose to live overseas. If you are in the Military I get it. Otherwise why no vote

Because those Americans living abroad for work still have to pay American taxes. Those expats living on SS, pensions, and investments still have to pay U.S. taxes on that income as well. If I'm an American citizen being taxed by the U.S. government, I should have a vote in that governance.

There are instances where one member of a family may be required to work overseas either temporarily or for an extended period of time. Are you saying those people don’t have a vested interest in the leadership of our nation, and thus shouldn’t get a vote?

Thx Whistle.
From that, you don't have to have ever lived in the US if your citizenship comes from your parents. How your residency is decided in that case is concerning.

Overseas workers, such as Oil industry employees assigned all over the world, have as much right to vote as any other USA citizen. In addition, when you work overseas, you still have to pay US taxes since the US taxes worldwide income.

This is an interesting question. For me it boils down to WHERE the votes are counted. If I move from Wisconsin to Wyoming, I don't get to have my vote for president counted in Wisconsin just because it will matter.
The system just SEEMS vulnerable to fraud. Maybe I'm wrong. Sure would like to see the raw numbers from 2020. It could be a function of my ineptitude, but the fact that the numbers aren't easy to find makes me suspicious.
The statement in the article that "Overseas ballots won Arizona and Georgia for Biden," is what got me curious. If that's true, you would think the subject would be getting much more attention.

I live abroad and vote it really isn't that hard.

Thanks, Stelly.
If you don't mind, in registering, what did your state require in terms of proof of last residency? Did you think the process would have prevented fraud?
Much obliged.

I voted absentee last election from Malaysia. I got online and requested from Harris County (TX) an absentee ballot. You fill out a request with your American address and foreign address. The request is reviewed by Harris County prior to the ballot being mailed. It takes a while.
Once you fill out the ballot you bring it to the local USA Embassy, and they mail it back to the states. Most embassies are running a daily shipment back home.
I agree that two states being won by Biden by overseas votes is very fishy. This comes down to the states and how they are managing absentee votes.

They were doing massive “military” vote drops in GA late at night that were straight 100-0 for Biden.
It’s absolute fraud.

There are thousands of contractors that work overseas.
I had an offer by Disney to go an complete the Paris Park. I worked in Mexico City for my GrandDad's Company. I can list companies that have Americans working overseas.
My ex wife remarried and he specializes in security systems at Defense contractors overseas. They were at numerous bases and lived offshore for seven years ........Great way to play tourist while getting paid .....They claimed Georgia as their residence .....
So, you are telling me that if I work overseas, I shouldn't have a right to vote in the state I claim as my legal residence?
Some of you need to have their head examined ......

I'm pretty sure what won Georgia for Biden was a suitcase full of ballots taken out from under a table at 4AM that were all marked for Biden and all counted, maybe even twice or 3 times when nobody was watching.
