Ex-GOP Reps. Kinzinger, Comstock to join Harris for Pennsylvania rally

quote:

Vice President Harris will be joined at a Pennsylvania rally by more than 100 Republicans, including former GOP Reps. Adam Kinzinger (Ill.) and Barbara Comstock (Va.), a senior Harris campaign official said on Wednesday.

The campaign event will take place in Bucks County, which is a swing county in the critical battleground state. President Biden won the county by 17,000 votes in 2020. The event coincides with early in-person voting starting there on Tuesday.

Other former GOP lawmakers who will join Harris include former Reps. Jim Greenwood (Pa.), Mickey Edwards (Okla.), Denver Riggleman (Va.), Chris Shays (Conn.), David Trott (Mich.), as well as former Georgia Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan and former New Jersey Gov. Christine Todd Whitman and dozens of other Republicans.

Kinzinger will speak at the event, which will be focused on patriotism, upholding the Constitution, and unifying all Americans, according to the senior Harris campaign official. Also on Wednesday, Harris will be interviewed by Fox News’s Bret Baier, which will air during his block at 6 p.m ET.

Harris has attempted to court Republicans, including earlier this month with an event in Ripon, Wisc., which is the birthplace of the GOP, alongside former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), who has endorsed her.

On Wednesday, the vice president is expected to repeat her claims that another Trump term would be dangerous for the country, which she argued at a rally in Erie, Pa., earlier this week.

He should handcuff himself to SFP and they could tour the entire country, regaling us with their timeless wisdom.

Trouting out GOPe members who were primaried or quit because they are horrible and unlikeable is an odd campaign strategy

Is this guy well liked in Pennsylvania or something? What's the appeal? I'd imagine something along the lines of "I'm such a huge life long Republican and Donald Trump is a racist threat to democracy!!!! "

Why do people in Pennsylvania even care what this guy has to say?

Kinzinger is an unemployed bum. Literally no one wants this moron and putting yourself in Kamala's immediate camp is political suicide at this point.

What a fricking pussy.

Near Philly. Inconsequential.

I hope he gets lost on the way there and eaten by cannibals after being gang raped by roving bands of illegals.
