Why do we tolerate this? We, as a whole, need to vote this type of thinking out of DC.

For your own health, you better get a white male doctor.
I'm not trying to be racist, I'm just telling you to hedge your bets on getting the best qualified doctor for yourself.
And this clearly tells me, it's white males, because they have the highest hurdles to clear.
A degree to a non white male in no way equals a degree to a white male, even if the diploma has the same wording.

It's all subjective and that's the point. You have to be "chosen" by those in power. Merit no longer matters. When merit doesn't matter, performance is no longer a priority.

It seems if this is the position one takes one is saying that "you just arent smart enough we need to lower the standards for you".

It doesn’t matter bc 90% of docs nowadays just regurgitate hospital policy for treatment. They don’t actually think about root cause, just pop a pill and come back for more.

So when a White doctor enters the room there will be a sigh of relief... When a Non-White doctor enters the room there will be a moment of "Are they a DEI doctor"? "Do they really know what they are doing"? Medical school should be be left out of this DEI BS...
