I think low-yield nukes will be on the table eventually. But only when the strategic value warrants it. City destroyers are for mutually assured destruction. No one wants that.

I think that's kind of the point.
Israel knows that launching a nuke into Iran will trigger a nuclear response from other countries which will be the end of the world. We're very fortunate that they're aware of that and don't essentially just worship death like radical Islam does.
Hopefully your tone isn't indicating that you'd like to see them used. I mean, if that's something you'd be looking forward to, you wouldn't be able to enjoy it very long before you, your entire family and everything you've ever held dear is instantly vaporized into fire and bloody mists.
Unless you were just looking forward to the cancers that will very quickly overtake anyone who's left living in a nuclear hellscape. I'm sure that will be a good time.

It'd be nice if Israel and America had bombs that are equally as destructive as a nuke but without the fallout.
Who knows, maybe we do already have that are aren't advertising it. I don't know. If Israel has that, I'm hoping they drop about 50 of them on Tehran soon.

That's why the neutron bomb was developed. A "cleaner" nuke that prioritizes killing while minimizing collateral damage and making the area habitable in a shorter period of time. Israel, was making these in the 80s.
