the worst move of her career? I know this is a political board. But the DEMs paid her plenty to support that sack of crap Kamala. I think she’ll regret backing Kamala right after the debate.

The timing really was terrible I don't know why they didn't save it for later in the week. It got completely overshadowed in the post debate noise

No, and she signed a contract. It isn't like she had a choice.

I personally think it's going to do a lot of harm to her.

She caters to young teenage girls and it's not cool for her to be supporting Democrats who love Abortions, Drugs, Crime, Pedophiles, etc.

Conservative and Moderate Parents are NOT going to allow their teenage daughters to listen to her music in their house and they sure as hell are not going to spend a penny for their daughter to attend one of her concerts

It doesn't matter to Taylor though.. she is already a billionaire but it will be interesting to see how her next concert tour sells

Why? The overwhelming majority of the fanbase that makes her money is 25+ liberal white women

Those that don’t aren’t leaving the cult for not supporting Trump

Not a high risk move

it could be very expensive for her

a chunk of her fans will grow cold on her and if Kamala wins and implements her tax plan Taylor will lose hundreds of millions

Endorsing Biden didn’t seem to hurt her. She got even bigger after that.

So, no. Probably not.

This is wrong Conservatives are fricking stupid when it comes to stuff like this, that's why them dumbasses filled up BR going to Garth Brooks concert. The bubble will have to pop for conservatives for them to learn how to cancel someone who makes stupid endorsements like Taylor and Garth. You think mfers on welfare buying tickets to their concerts ??

1. Damn near every entertainer in the US is left-leaning
2. Parents won’t do a damn thing and they couldn’t if they tried
3. It’s not 2010. In 2024 the overwhelming majority of the people financially driving her (splurging on concert tix and buying the 5 special edition albums each release) aren’t kids or their parents, it’s the 30s cat women

it was pretty cringe tbh, posting a photo with her cat?

Taylor Swift is more rich and famous than either Biden or Kamala, she should make them beg her for concert tickets rather than stooping down to endorse them. Taylor doesn’t gain anything from this that she didn’t already have, all she can do is lose

This won't affect her career one bit.

Fact.

I would think she doesn’t post her own stuff.

She’s a brand with a lot people relying on her to make money. They aren’t going to let her post any random ole shite. If she does post it’s probably proof read and okayed by someone.

You have to consider who her fanbase is; women from 5 years old on up. Now the parents of those who are under the age of 18 can clearly boycott Swift by not buying any of her merch or taking their kids to her concert.

As for the 18+ demographic who are cat women....i'd say no change in that since they can do whatever they want with their money.
