When it too early for a “They should OF never canceled school” thread yet?

…or am I late to the party?

Cuz, you know, it was just a big “nothing-burger rainstorm” and the over-priced babysitters are just sitting at home cashing checks.

Am I doing it right?

Can’t tell if you’re actually stupid or just pretending to be.

No, it’s generally fairly easy to spot the difference.

Such silliness. Had the hurricane caused massive power outages, downed trees, and flooding in the area it would have been “I can’t believe how ill prepared these people are for not cancelling school when they knew a hurricane had us in it’s crosshairs.”

They cancelled all afternoon practices and extra curricular activities at public schools yesterday in Escambia County (Pensacola).

It’s really ridiculous

Nonsense. You have to make the decision with at least 24 hours notice. West of BR was squared up at that point.

South Louisiana and Texas school districts build in “hurricane” days and should use them without any blowback.

Lake Charles says hello...

They cancelled school Tuesday and Wednesday. No rain at all.

Also high school football game was supposed to be tonight at 7. Yep, it got pushed to Saturday at noon.

Pretty sure after last night nobody is in the mood to go to school or work. We will go to work of course, but tired. That storm was blowing rain through my windows.
