Mass shooting at Atlanta area high school

Apalachee High School in Barrow County under lockdown. Massive police presence with multiple ambulances and life flight helo on scene.
Gwinnett County possibly going on soft lockdown due to one or more shooters fleeing the scene.

Just heard that a football coach and a teacher were killed. Several other teachers and possibly two students seriously wounded. One shooter apprehended, a second fled the scene.
LEO from as far out as City of Atlanta being asked to respond. Also rumors of something happening at Winder HS as well.

Winder is not an Atlanta suburb
It’s about 60 miles from ATL, 20 miles from Athens

It would be an outlier if there was a second shooter or a connected incident at another school. Not saying it's false, but we have these reports more often than not and they're wrong almost every time.

Early reports are a couple of people were life-flighted out. Hopefully they'll be okay but that doesn't sound good initially. Prayers for all involved.
I have a classmate who's daughter goes to Barrow Schools. I don't think she's high school age yet but she is definitely middle school age.
While this is true, Winder(Barrow County) is also part of the Athens MSA as it's only 20 minutes away.
