Historic church in France is in flames. This one is from 1854 and survived two world wars

Why are they burning down the churches? If they don't respect them for being churches, can't they at least respect the historical significance of the buildings?

They would respect them if they were converted to mosques like the Hagia Sofia.

If radical Muslims are doing the burning, they see the churches as temples of idolatry. There's nothing worth preserving in their view

Because the pos who are migrating to Western countries don't want to assimilate. They are Jihadis and don't respect Western culture. It's insane that the people in power allow this bs. It makes me sick.

I dont think there was any real discussion about Notre Dame besides rebuilding it

I thought I remember there being some talk about making it a mosque and then making it a multi-religion thing not looking anything like it did before it burned. Glad they settled on simply rebuilding it just like it was.
