I hate to be that guy, but he actually looks like he lost a bit too much weight if we were planning to play him some at the 5.

Regardless, I'm super curious to see him play with that kind of frame. He's still a physical freak, and will still be heavier than most any player in the league.

How did he put on 20lbs of muscle on the same day?

Zion has been putting in that work. A faster Z with more hops and stamina is going to be a problem

I've never said he's fat or obese. I just don't believe he's optimized or in his prime shape. I'm super excited if he's dedicated to being in the best shape he can get into. I go way lower than most (cause I think he's miscast as a big), but I think we all agree that 250#s should be as high as he goes.

I'd still love to see training videos with him, especially as they adjust to the new lineup. I never like pictures that we see of him, as they are always baggy clothing that leaves you guessing. He is leaving a ton of money on the table, by not going super hard into training and supplements. He could get tons of endorsements just by highlighting a physical transformation. He could have his own line and everything. So much potential..
