I know there will still be storms but seems like when we start getting fronts through here that winds it up. And got a decent one coming next week for mid August. 64 a couple mornings. This is central Mississippi btw.

Yes. Second to third week of August has always been the end of hurricane season.
How do some of you people even function? It’s not like the season changes every year.

Get the….
But if we are going to discuss this..
The GFS has the gulf and the Atlantic basin quiet through 384 hours which is after Labor Day.

Yes, Gulf is closed from mid-August to April. Please stay away

been closed for a few years now. Don't tell the to global warming alarmists on this board though. Somehow they managed to convince the public that highly the irregular, but not unheard of, few bad storms were going to be mainstream from now on. And several idiots on this board ate that shite up. I'm sure the insurance companies didn't mind one bit and probably pushed that agenda on to the useful idiots.

Dude, LA has been hit by 4 major hurricanes since 2020 and all of them were the last week of August or later

Wait until September.
You'll see how "closed" the Gulf is.

What part of the gulf do you live in? Not the part that includes Texas, LA, MS, AL, and FLA apparently.
