Why is it acceptable to give public dollars to the relatives of public employees for obvious fraudulent purposes when it’s called “Art”.
I have 100% confidence that we as a society can reach a majority consensus about the definition of Art and this ain’t it. It’s a con masquerading as a grift.

Hows that gonna fight reckless driving? Cuz if I saw that thing on the street Id drive recklessly away from it. Or maybe into it. That thing is god awful.
