First deport all the damned illegals , Period . Shut down that border. Then we should show them immigration. Replace those freeloaders with true refugees. People entitled to come here because they truly need asylum.
Like the South African Boers. Repressed Europeans. Chinese and Middle Eastern Christians. Good honest hard working people. that are being persecuted and truly need asylum.
Send the crap that we have back where they came from and replace them, the Democrats and media will howl like banshees. Let them.

Excellent idea. Let's start by making sure that anyone allowed into this country has the means to support themselves without taxpayer assistance.

Agree to a point...replacing one set of people who would be living off of US workers for another set of people doing the same does nothing to keep America from imploding from within.
We should do as we have in the past - only bring in people with a skill set needed by the country (not to reduce wages of current workers) and people who are sponsored by companies/individuals who will NOT end up sucking on the taxpayers' teet.

First you have to understand this is not about helping people. The ones letting all these illegals into this country couldn't care less about their safety and wellbeing and the really don't care if the people coming here are criminals or nefarious people who wish to do harm to the people of the US.
The only thing they care about is getting these people into communities where they can be added to the census and thus get more money into those communities that will be filtered into politicians pockets or used to elect more radical politicians that perpetuate this scam.
As a side benefit if they can game the system and get these illegals into the voting ranks they is an added benefit.
Make no mistake illegals coming into this country from the democrat perspective is 100% about transferring wealth from you, to them period.
The only thing they care about is getting these people into communities where they can be added to the census and thus get more money into those communities that will be filtered into politicians pockets or used to elect more radical politicians that perpetuate this scam.

My point exactly. These groups I have mentioned are by and large good decent hardworking folks who would be an asset to us. And would have legit asylum claims.
Replace the scum we got with these folks. Deport the illegals and bring in the groups I mentioned.

Of course there are. If they want to come here let them is my point. Not known troublemakers and good folks.
Many of the people I mentioned will assimilate quickly here. Many have means of their own already. We would be far better off with them than with what we have.
