Seasoned a couple rib racks, after a couple of hours on the pit, prior to saucing, after saucing, on the plate with some red beans, rice, jalapeño/ cheddar sausage, pineapple sausage, corn, potato salad and a biscuit. Fed my bartender. :)

Sunday gravy. Everything came out great, but the meatballs were a little dry. I’ll do them differently next time. I couldn’t help myself and made a gravy from the meatball drippings. Put it in a ziploc and froze it to have for another day

Tacos. Backstrap, shrimp, mushrooms, jalepenos. Little cheese, spinach, and Melinda's garlic habanero. That shite was good.
