Everything is by design with the left. Likely scenario is for the separation appearance aspect of Biden from Harris. By separating them even only appearance allows her to not be connected to his many administration failures.
It also allow Harris to be the face of anything positive that may and arise over the next 3 months. She can take credit as the more visible “leader” in the administration.

You can't just say "Stop voting GOPe". You have to raise awareness about where the real action takes place. THE PRIMARIES!!!!
At this point we are stuck with who we chose in the primaries. If there was greater turnout at that time we could completely change the shape of America in 10 years

Actually, the real action takes place in corporate boardrooms when they choose to financially back certain people. Citizens don't pick the candidates that really have a shot at getting their heads above water... at least in the big races.
Only stopping the ability to buy themselves pork agents will stop this corporate bought political world we're in.
