Planes def flew took down the towers

I am not one to say "this happened for sure" without any evidence, but its okay to question things. Tell him until he can 100% prove anything he shouldn't talk in absolute.

I'll never believe that the fuel in that building or whatever the excuse was made it collapse like this.
When I got into this stuff, I thought the Pentagon conspiracies may be purposeful disinfo to discredit legitimate inquiries.
I seem to remember there were wargames exercises running at the time of the hijackings, which pulled away possible air defenses.

All I know is we were in the middle of a safety audit that day. I was sitting next to a crusty old retired fire chief and when he saw the firemen enter the towers he mentioned he hoped they realized jet fuel burns at whatever temp and that when the supporting beam fails the whole building will collapse.
Unfortunately, moments later we saw he knew exactly what he was talking about.

No.
The beams don't have to melt. They just have to soften up and not be able to bear their intended weight.
The jet fuel also burned off quickly. A lot of other material was burning. Some at higher temperatures than the fuel.

Was looking for a movie to watch with the wife the other day. She was on her phone so I wanted to include her in the movie selection. I said “look this one is about 9/11” and without hesitation, without looking up from her phone, she said “that didn’t happen”. We’re too far removed from the event. Everyone is dug in. Just move on and keep your friend.
