Would love to say my first thought was something positive. It's not. His descent from the top of the world after we won the Natty to the CFB abyss was breathtaking.

And now, he's just an immature, lazy, low-character individual.

I will always appreciate coach O for seeing how our offese was dead. Just look at his first game against missouri as interim coach. Wish he could have held things together.

I’ll always love Coach O for 2019 but it is weird how after 2019 he just said “frick it.”

The good memories were fleeting, but I’ll always have them.

Time has past and LSU is in a great spot right now. No hatred for Ed O anymore. Happy birthday.

now?

it’s amazing how many people seem to think ‘18-‘19 was the real Ed O and the other damn near 40 years of his coaching career was the anomaly.

so maybe not lazy, but he’s always been immature and low character.

I will always be grateful for his whatever his part in getting Les out was and 2019. HBD.

I hope Ray Baker shines brightly for you today, Coach.
