I guess they should be allowed to wear their country’s flag pin if they’re based in a different country (Canada being the only one coming to mind), but that’s it.

Stupid policy, but private company, so they have the right to promulgate stupid policy. Their employees have the right to speak out against said policy, strike, etc. Delta has the right to discipline/terminate them.
