Did Shooter's Rifle Have a Scope?

As with most everything in this situation there are varying reports on basic details. FOX News reported this:
"The Secret Service sniper who killed Crooks could only see Crooks' gun SCOPE and the top of his eye and forehead because the lip of the roof was blocking the sniper's view."

The (blurry) images I have seen of the shooter's rifle suggest that he didn't use a scope.
Anyone know whether or not his rifle had a scope? Thanks.

We’ve heard non magnified red dot but then he could have had a magnifier with it. Magnifiers can flip to the side like on a hinge. There are pics where it seems difficult to scopes on top.

The only thing I have heard that is specific is that he had an Eotech on the rifle. Supposedly it was from an anonymous source within the secret service, but I have seen nothing confirmed.

No way he hit Trump with no magnification. Trumps head would look like a grain of sand at that distance.

It would have made it a much tougher shot, but 120 yards isn't THAT far. From memory a front site post is about 8 MOA, so at that distance it would have been about as wide as Trump's head, around 10". With young eyes that's doable with practice.

The doubts and question is if crooks was the guy that made the 1st 3 shot in rhythm volley. Audio analysis says absolutely not.
