Got the invite to play in Cape Cod this summer.

1 outing

Walked all three batters he faced, threw 1 wild pitch, and got pulled.

That's the stat line.

Not going to root against the kid, but he quit on LSU so not going to root for him either. He has serious control issues.

Let not forget Jared Jones started summer ball with 13 straight SO’s. And we know how this season worked out. Cam will get it figured out eventually, just hope it’s not against us.

That is why he was invisible last year.

You can either throw strikes or you can’t. It’s very hard for anyone to coach em up on being able to land pitches and guys who go from wild to dialed in are major outliers in pitching development

Everyone misjudged his talent???

Starting to wonder if it’s mental with him

He only threw 27 total innings his senior year at IMG. There's big questinos whether a college workload is just way too much for him. In the fall last year he was hitting his high 90s fastball. By the time the season rolled around he clearly lost some speed on his fastball and he could never locate at all throughout the season. Makings of a guy with a tired arm.

Will be interesting to see if he ever does get it figured out, when hes at his best he is obviously very good. Maybe he is at best a setup type reliever if he has stamina issues.

Now cams commenting on ig posts from arrambide (sp?) Where arrambides announcing he's coming to lsu. Cam is on there talking about how lsu is stacked. Milam responded ,"could have been you", afterwards cam replies with something to the effect of," you're right".

Not sure what's up with that kid

I don’t see the problem with what he said.

If anything it shows Cam isn’t bitter about his time at LSU. I think Kling saying RMFT on instagram over the Neal news screams sour grapes instead of Cam giving us a shoutout.

Normally don’t check anyone’s comment sections but I had to bite when I saw Neal was going to Alabama just thought it was petty for Kling to say. It’s not like LSU owes that dude for being so underwhelming. Obviously Jay wanted him back but wasn’t going to promise anything.

Yeah, he seems happy LSU and his former team mates are going to have a talented team next year.

Neal and Kling both seem like fricking queens wasting Jay’s time and having the audacity to demand assurances. Could go anywhere, only to land at an arch rival with Kling trolling on social media following Neal’s decision…Good fricking riddance

Jay gave Kling too many opportunities. There's no doubt he was great defensively but his bat was a no show from the time he stepped on campus.
