IF that was the shooter, then there was probably miscommunication between police and USSS. Something that should never happen.

This is the frickin' question right here and how in the frickity frick is every rooftop within two frickin' miles not monitored? How are there no fricking drones in the air? How is this not seen?

Folks DID see him climb up and tried to alert the SS. They did nothing. Acted like bumbling Keystone cops.
This was ALLOWED to happen.
