Summer League Pelicans Vs Timberwolves at 4pm CT Game Thread (ESPN2)

I’m itching to see Karlo and Missi the most.

Karlo looked awful last summer league, but when he came over and played in the G-League he looked very good, I’m curious if that will translate.

For Missi I just want to see how raw he looks.

Missi/ Matkovic- How they manage against mediocre players. If both are avg then yikes

Wildcards with upside:

1. Keion Brooks- PF depth
2. Joey Hauser- shooting depth.

Unlike last season where the roster was a trainwreck, this roster looks much more balanced and will bring more spacing to the floor.

Yeah eyes on those 3 to be honest. Need good performances there.

I wouldn’t expect a ton from Missi unless our guards do a really good job of finding him. He’s not going to create his own offense, really what will be key to watch is how he does on the glass. If he’s stacking up O Rebs I’m going to get excited quick.

I can care less how he looks offensively

I want to see if he makes smart rotations and how is rim protection and rebounding looks
