It's going to be a glorious day indeed.

Take their ball and go home

Well you can thank our wonderful republicans in congress for sitting by and letting the DOJ unlawfully appoint a special council and not one fking shathead spoke up.
Remember this the next time someone says Trump chose poorly when appointing someone, the whole of Washington hates a person trying to clean up that cesspool, including everyone in his own party.

Don't worry, as soon as Mike Johnson and Trump build DOJ a new building to go with the FBI's new building, they'll start playing by the rules.

I’m thinking they probably still suck each other’s dicks, if I’m playing the favored odds.

Merchan will order Trump to prison. Who will stop him?
He will order Trump jailed with Navarro and Bannon currently in jail. Cell block O for OMB.

100% it’s coming now. I was on the fence about it until yesterday. Now, this is all they have to punish OMB. He will do it, even if it’s only symbolic.

Correct! And they are still quiet about the j6 folks being locked up.

Anybody still think this 50 state Republic is a long term reality? What tribes don’t want autonomy from the other tribes at this point? Rip the bandaid, diffuse the powder keg.

Every case that has analyzed this appointment process has validated it.
I mean hell, in the DC case, the law of the DC circuit is that it's a valid process. It would take the Supreme Court to overrule them.

Have their media lackeys flood the airwaves of how corrupt SCOTUS is, stopping only just before the point of calling for people to storm the homes of the Justices. Any violence committed from that calling will be blamed, of course, on the ruling.

In light of the recent Chevron ruling and Justice Thomas’s opinion on the immunity case, I think it’s highly likely they would at least take up the case And probably rule along the lines of Thomas’s opinion.

SFP knows this will bypass the DC circuit and get struck down by the Supreme Court, don't let her/him fool you. He/she also knows the police state is on trial at this point.
The impact of the police state, and overregulation from the past 30 yrs, is driving the sentiment in this election.

Who will enforce the SCOTUS ruling?

Based on what? A concurrence nobody else signed off on? The USSC ruling could easily be 8-1 with Thomas as the lone dissenter

I do not think the USSC will disagree with the DC COA

This is laughable.
Update: it is not.
