I hope Griff doesn’t panic and make a stupid trade after he did so good getting Murray but he knows he has to get off BI to pay Trey. At the same time I hope BI isn’t on this team blocking Trey either. I feel like we are in a little bit of a precarious position right now.

Kinda sounds like you are a bit. Griff probably already has something in the works.

It’s still the same teams before minus Philly who were never going to be interested if they got PG.

The BI hate is crazy. I get that he doesn’t fit the team, but people on this board calling him soft and a pussy are insane.

It’s not hate. I like BI. It’s just a matter of money when it boils down to it.

Hopefully they can talk him back down to Earth and he signs at a manageable figure for 3-4 seasons. He really doesn't need to be moved right now.

I mean he’s definitely soft. Both in play style and willingness to play through injury. But he’s not as bad as people think he is after the OKC series.

Any reputable folks saying this?

After the Murray trade, there is no reason to rush BI now, we earned some leverage with that addition.

Since we got Murray, i feel the complete opposite.

We're in a great position now. Part of that is that BI/Zion/Murray don't really fit at all together, so it makes the BI trade even more likely, which is great for the odds of BI coming back going down.

Complete opposite

After the trade, he absolutely has to be moved now and cannot be brought back.

You’re not talking him down much to make a real difference. He wants to get paid and you can’t fault a guy for wanting to make as much as he can. Their careers are short so I don’t see him taking less than a max deal. Regardless he’s blocking Trey and we are about to give him $100 million or more. My ideal trade is somehow getting Walker Kessler back and then whatever else whether it’s picks or players but I really want Kessler.

Imagine a world where B.I. only takes spot up 3s and open 12 footers and attacks the rim shel!

I can change him I know I can!

The best part of you having zero clue how this works is being sooooo confident that you know what you're talking about.

But tell me more about how Zion/Murray/BI are such a great fit while we leave Trey coming off the bench. You're just a step behind understanding all this stuff, which is fine. That you don't realize it and think you got it all figured out is the funny part.

I don't agree. We can get a center like Kessler with just picks, sign BI to a manageable extension, and then trade him later.

Why the rush? You're worried about fit? If the market isn't there now, it will once a contender has an injury.
