Original founder has an agreement after a down payment to gather investors to buy. I think he has 6 months to get the funds.

Sorry, to hear, I worked with Harold from 1985-1990. During design, building, and after The Bluffs opened.

I ran across an old tape I had recorded when he played the exhibition with Arnold Palmer. I googled him and saw his obituary. He hit the ball well.

Bruce RIPwhat a character. Harold hosted a community meeting Sunday. He has to complete paperwork to approach qualified investors then has about a year and a half to make it work. Going back to the original plan of private plus resort membership. His controlling partner pulled the plug on that in 2003 now full circle. He has put his money on the line and I am grateful.

I heard something similar to this last post from some residents. Hopefully he can get some traction. It is only 10 minutes from me now - would seriously consider joining if it is done right.

I am not familiar with the back history of why it all went south, what was the issue that basically killed the Bluffs?
