Kappa Kappa Gamma Women Lose Last-Ditch Appeal To Remove “Voyeuristic” Trans-Identified Male From Their Sorority House

The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals has rejected a lawsuit filed by six members of a Wyoming sorority challenging the admission of a 6’2", 260-pound trans-identified male, who the women have alleged has “watched” them undress with a visible erection. The University of Wyoming’s chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma (KKG), the complainants argued, caused the women “emotional distress in a personalized and unique way” and circumvented voting bylaws in their 2022 decision to admit Dallin ‘Artemis’ Langford as a member of the sorority.

Yeah, we know what happens when you invite the vampire in. I’d honestly prefer a vampire to this monster.

Serious issue, bullshite clickbait headline:

Basically, the trial court ruled against them because there's jurisprudence cautioning against the courts stepping in to help individuals attack the bylaws of the organization they belong to. Whether that's true or not, this appeal was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction because the trial court hasn't issued a final ruling yet. They are free to file another appeal after that point.
quote:
Several aggrieved members of the University of Wyoming chapter of the sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma 1 (“Appellants”) filed this lawsuit against the sorority and its president (“Appellees”) over the proper interpretation of the sorority’s governing documents. Specifically, Appellants allege that Appellees violated their fiduciary duties when, in 2015 and continuing to today, Kappa Kappa Gamma (“Kappa”), an Ohio non-profit corporation, began interpreting “women” to include 3 “individuals who identify as women.” App. Vol. 1 at 51, 263. Applying Ohio state case law that cautions against judicial interference into the internal affairs of voluntary associations like sororities, the district court dismissed Appellants’ claims, but did so without prejudice. Appellants nevertheless filed this appeal challenging the district court’s dismissal of their claims. Appellees moved to dismiss this appeal for lack of appellate jurisdiction. Because the district court has not issued a final order, we grant Appellees’ motion and dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction.

Where are all of this Sorority girl’s boyfriends?? This freak definitely would not be tolerated when I was at LSU, and I’d imagine at most SEC schools. He should be made an example of, to intimidate further freaks from doing this. Where are the Fathers of these girls? Hell, worse case, quit the friggin sorority.

Thanks for clarifying.
I still stand by my “frick all these freaks,” of course.
