Can you plead the 5th while jury is in the courtroom???... another question can the state give immunity on the spot to force your testimony???

You can invoke your right against self incrimination whenever you like, as long as it’s a blanket invocation and you aren’t trying to be selective.
As to your second question, it’s a right against self incrimination. As long as you’re given blanket immunity, unless some other privilege applies, you could be compelled to testify. You would need to consult with an attorney to determine whether the immunity being offered is sufficient, i.e. whether some other prosecutorial entity would still be able to prosecute you.
If up to this point you’ve been a witness and you don’t have counsel, you need to request counsel immediately.

If you're asking for a real life situation and not watching a movie, delete this thread.

Does blanket immunity apply to crimes unknown at the time or only within the scope of what's being asked

I don’t think you’ll be able to Google your way through this. Better go ahead and lawyer up

Does this involve crypto or meme stocks? Are you one of the founders of Gamecoin (GMEX)?

They already have the printouts of the text exchange between you and the little boy.
I’m sorry.

You seem to be concerned that your testimony as a witness might incriminate you.
Paying for some legal advice is probably not a bad idea.

Yes to the first question.
and while unlikely - - - yes, the State could offer you immunity on the spot to encourage your testimony.

Now why do you want those slimy cocksuckers infesting this board on a beautiful Saturday morning?

I immediately thought of Dave Chappelle pleading the 5th. Lolololol

Whatever Wikipedia says is the law. Argue it like you are an expert.

This is bad advice. What OP needs to do is state specifically what is going on so the OT lawyers can give actual advice
