Of something. That's what this whole prosecution has been about, guilty of something. That's why throughout this trial the prosecution did not specify what the crime was, because guilty of something. That's why this judge's instructions are so vague and confusing, just find guilty of something. Joe Biden's entire campaign has been that Trump is, guilty of something. This judge is a Biden donor so he's obviously a Biden voter, he doesn't care that this case will be tossed on appeal with the quickness, because his big donation to the campaign right now is the narrative...Trump is guilty of something. That's all this is about

I get the rationale, but I feel like the lawyers or any intelligent person on the jury would be insulted by this tactic and it would backfire.

The million dollar question is: if the jury isn't sequestered, don't you think they saw at least some of the commentary about how ridiculous this trial is?

If you are betting money, guilty has the best odds.

I’ll wait for the legal opinion of our esteemed constitutional expert, SlowPedo. He’ll be around shortly after he finishes jerking it to a pic of judge Merchan

He’s guilty of being orange. And bad.

In reality, he’s guilty of exposing the realities of our corrupt political system to the masses. That’s what he is on trial for.

In what universe are Democrats intelligent or insulted about breaking the law?

That is the jury

I hope so, but with these insane instructions of a 4-4-4 guilty split or even 6-6 split like I heard this morning, it's almost like this judge is telling the jury that there's no way to find anything but some kind of guilty verdict

And if the jury finds “not guilty” the judge will issue a directed verdict of “guilty”.

I hope they are stupid enough to find him guilty..

You can only push people so far.. and I think that would be the push that many of us need to actually do something about it..

In my opinion he is guilty. Not sure if they will actually find him guilty though. It will be interesting to watch. Either way it is just not good for our country to be honest.

I think we would be okay if this happens and it might even lead to a greater (and more satisfying victory) but I'm still scared of it and don't really want it to happen.

I'm trying to be at peace and trust that whatever happens will work out for good through Christ almighty, who is in fact King.

How about you don’t prosecute political opponents unless it’s a clear cut obvious crime? Maybe that’s what is good for our country. Let the people decide, crazy concept to a fricking fascist I realize.

Any American who cannot see from the actions performed this week that this is ALL politically motivated are absolutely blinded by TDS. When you intentionally stage an election campaign and bring out one of your braindead minions, a washed up Hollywood elitist in shoe lifts, at or very near the courthouse proceedings, you have showed your hand for everyone to see. What idiot belonging to the current administration even thought that might be a good idea? I think even CNN cringed when that happened. Of course MSNBC and their ilk thought it was fantastic, but anyone who is not a mental midget saw completely thru it.
