California releases child trafficking rings back into public

This crazy bitch was trying to take children to sell... AGAIN. Why in the frick is she back on the streets? Oh... because it's California.

quote:

A Southern California woman who was previously arrested on suspicion of kidnapping a child from a Target store was arrested again Tuesday on similar charges.

The suspect was identified as Yara Vanessa Pineda, 27, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Witnesses said Pineda had approached several children at the park and picked them up before letting them go after being confronted by their parents.

Pineda was previously arrested on Feb. 25 for allegedly trying to kidnap a 4-year-old boy from a Target store in Westlake. During that incident, Pineda allegedly grabbed the boy from behind and carried him out of the store before putting the child down after being confronted by his parents.

If someone brazenly grabs my kid like this, I’m pretty sure I would not be able to stop myself from saving the state the trouble of having to worry about prosecuting them for kidnapping.

We really need a high profile case of a liberal DA getting renegaded so the rest of them have some inkling to actually do their job.

Outside of voting them out which will never happen thanks to useful idiots.

If it's a dude, sure. If it's a woman, I'll likely just knock her down and put a knee on her throat until cops come.

Should have read "after being beaten by his parents".

Nah. My spinal reflex would be to do everything in my power to end them with extreme violence without regard for their genitalia.

I’m 100% on Team “Men and Women are different and should be treated as such”. But I make no such distinction when it comes to child predators.

In Calif. you will face a stack of charges for protecting your loved ones from felonies, possessing a firearm in a gun free state, etc........

Not that consequences wouldn't be well worth it, just plead guilty or no contest to all charges to avoid having to bankrupt your family trying to put up a defense.

She needs to try that here in the south then no one would have to worry about her being released or even making it to jail

But what is a woman? Nobody knows anymore, so why take the chance?
